Worst POS ever

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. integration failures with third-party apps is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Happy with Shopify POS

Four months in and Shopify POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the customer tracking. Wish reporting could be more detailed was included.

Great layaway feature, decent customer database. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a smoke shop.

Save yourself the trouble. Shopify POS has potential but login issues for staff and poor support make it not worth it.
