Disappointed

Looking to switch away from Shopify POS. data loss after updates happens weekly. employee management is okay but not worth the hassle.

Good POS, room to improve

Happy with our purchase. Shopify POS runs our hardware store smoothly. The gift card system took some getting used to but works well now.

Mixed feelings about Shopify POS. The returns processing is great but we've had issues with payment terminal disconnects. Support helped eventually.
