Good POS, room to improve

We've been on Shopify POS for 17 months. Does everything we need. customer tracking is great, wish the setup took longer than expected was better.

Don't make our mistake

One star is generous. inventory sync issues between locations every single day. Going back to our old system.

Solid choice overall

Happy with our purchase. Shopify POS runs our liquor store smoothly. The returns processing took some getting used to but works well now.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. employee management is good. integration failures with third-party apps makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Good POS for the price. purchase orders is excellent. Lost a star because the learning curve was steep needs work. Would still recommend.
