Works great for us

Four months in and Shopify POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the inventory management. Wish hardware is a bit pricey was included.

Happy with Shopify POS

We've been on Shopify POS for 23 months. Does everything we need. layaway feature is great, wish the reporting could be more detailed was better.

Room for improvement

Mixed feelings about Shopify POS. The gift card system is great but we've had issues with login issues for staff. Support helped eventually.

Overall very happy with Shopify POS. The stock alerts works great. Knocked off one star because setup took longer than expected, but nothing major.
