Some pros, some cons

Functional but underwhelming. inventory management sold us on Shopify POS but the reality of payment terminal disconnects wasn't mentioned in sales.

Not bad, not great

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Shopify POS handles transactions fine but data loss after updates is a real problem.

Good POS for the price. multi-location sync is excellent. Lost a star because offline mode is limited needs work. Would still recommend.
