Frustrating experience

Disappointing experience with Shopify POS. The customer tracking rarely works as advertised. reports showing incorrect data has cost us customers.

The returns processing feature alone pays for itself. Add in price labeling and it's a no-brainer for any hardware store.

Happy with Shopify POS

We've been on Shopify POS for 14 months. Does everything we need. customer tracking is great, wish the offline mode is limited was better.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. returns processing works well but integration failures with third-party apps has been frustrating. Considering options.

Terrible experience

Do not buy. system crashes during peak hours crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
