Frustrating experience

Disappointing experience with Shopify POS. The employee management rarely works as advertised. payment terminal disconnects has cost us customers.

Mixed feelings

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Shopify POS handles transactions fine but integration failures with third-party apps is a real problem.

Solid choice overall

Four months in and Shopify POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the barcode scanning. Wish receipt customization is basic was included.

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Shopify POS handles our smoke shop well. multi-location sync is a highlight.
