Solid POS system. employee management is excellent, vendor management could use some improvement. Still recommend for gift shop.

Highly recommend Shopify POS

Hands down the best POS for clothing store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Shopify POS. Much better fit for our needs.

Finally found the right POS

Coming from an old-school register, Shopify POS was a game changer. Easy setup, great training, and the inventory management is fantastic.

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Shopify POS handles our jewelry store well. barcode scanning is a highlight.

Works great for us

Overall very happy with Shopify POS. The returns processing works great. Knocked off one star because receipt customization is basic, but nothing major.

We use Shopify POS for our bookstore. employee management is useful. However, system crashes during peak hours has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Looking to switch away from Shopify POS. login issues for staff happens weekly. barcode scanning is okay but not worth the hassle.

Two stars because it occasionally works. slow transaction processing is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.
