Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Revel Systems handles our cafe well. kitchen display system is a highlight.

Functional but underwhelming. inventory tracking sold us on Revel Systems but the reality of system crashes during peak hours wasn't mentioned in sales.

Good system, good support. The split check feature is what sold us. Would love to see better the learning curve was steep in future updates.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. data loss after updates is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
